Sunstate Remodeling was born from founder Jody Eschliman’s lifelong passion for craftsmanship, starting with backyard forts and birdhouses and growing into a 28-year legacy of transforming luxury homes across the Valley. Together with his wife Katie, Jody built more than a remodeling company—they built a family business rooted in integrity, quality, and genuine relationships. That foundation inspired The Sunstate Way, a proven six-phase collaborative process designed to elevate designers, serve their clients, and deliver uncompromising results. With a 4,000 sq. ft. warehouse, hands-on expertise, and a commitment to transparency and partnership, we treat every project as if it were our own home, every client as family, and every designer as a trusted partner in creating something extraordinary.
