Our Project Manager leads the successful execution of every luxury remodel, guiding the Project Execution Team from detailed pre-construction planning through a polished, on-time completion. As the primary client point of contact, they oversee 10 to 20 active projects, steward schedules and budgets, manage subcontractor relationships and the change order process, and ensure the Sunstate Way and its quality control standards are upheld on every jobsite. Primarily office-based, they bring a steady, present hand to the work and to each client relationship.

From the first sketch to the final walkthrough, they keep the details moving so our clients and designers can simply enjoy watching their dream take shape.

Briana Turnbull, Product Procurement

Briana is the quiet engine behind every beautiful selection, tracking each material and keeping orders flowing. She partners closely with clients and designers, often before final selections are even locked in, to secure long-lead items and hold the timeline steady. Her foresight means nothing precious has to wait, and nothing urgent gets lost in the shuffle. When she is on a project, the right products arrive at the right moment, exactly as envisioned.

Erin McMahon, Project Manager Admin

Erin is the office-side anchor our subcontractors count on, coordinating the trades and keeping administrative operations running with quiet precision. From scheduling to paperwork to the countless details in between, she creates the calm, organized foundation the field team builds upon. Her steady hand keeps every project on track, on time, and beautifully coordinated. Clients feel her presence in the seamlessness of each handoff along the way.

Our skilled Field Team at Sunstate Remodeling brings decades of combined expertise to luxury remodeling projects across Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. Specializing in luxury home remodels, Scott meticulously assesses the scope of each project, providing accurate cost estimates for kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations. His expertise in cost estimation and client communication ensures that every client's vision is turned into a well-informed, budget-conscious plan. 

As Estimating Assistant at Sunstate Remodeling, Michael brings exceptional technical expertise and precision to support luxury remodeling projects across Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. Working alongside our senior estimation team, Michael specializes in creating detailed CAD layouts and technical drawings that bring client visions to life.

Our Executive Administrator is a vital part of the Sunstate Remodeling team. Chris helps ensure the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly, supporting both our internal team and the clients we serve. He works closely with leadership to coordinate communication, manage administrative details, and keep important processes organized behind the scenes. From assisting with scheduling and documentation to helping maintain a seamless client experience.
